Optimally speaking,
church membership is about a community of believers who
labor together to fulfill a common vision to the Glory of
God. It takes active laborers to be an
effective church. The requirements for Crew Membership are
as follows: The prospective Crew Member must have taken
the New Member Orientation Class and signed the Member
Covenant. |
In addition, a Crew Member must take the Revised Rock
Foundation Classes that includes the taking of a Spiritual
Gift assessment and subsequent appointment with a Lay
Ministry Consultant. It is also expected that Crew Members
be faithful in
- their attendance at services
and corporate prayer
- ministry service
- and financial giving to the
church.
Crew membership is a necessary prerequisite to working in
any of the church ministries.
