CARE Groups: Geographically dispersed home fellowship groups. The CARE ministry is at the heart of COTR. This is where individuals are able to best relate to one another beneath the level of superficiality in order to facilitate growth together. Children's Sunday School: While children and adults worship in song together on Sunday morning, children are dismissed to their own age appropriate classrooms just before the adult sermon is delivered. **Corporate Prayer**: COTR strongly encourages every member to participate in the backbone of this ministry, prayer. We meet Tuesday at 7PM, Thursday at Noon, Friday at 6 AM, and Saturday at 7:30 AM. In addition, we offer a telephone conference prayer each Wednesday at 6AM. Dial (712) 432-6100 (long distance charges may apply), and enter password 111863 followed by the "#" key. Members are encouraged to attend at least one corporate prayer meeting per week.

Divorce Recovery Workshops: These weekly meetings help people who are dealing with the aftermath of a divorce. Videos, discussion, and prayer help individuals to work through the complicated issues of divorce. This thirteen week series is scheduled once per year. Intercessory Prayer: These are people of our congregation who left up the needs and prayer requests to the Lord on behalf of the church body and the Pastoral staff and their families. K.I.D.S. Church ( Kids in Divine Service): A Wednesday night service just for kids featuring their own worship in song followed by games, activities and teaching geared to kids up to 4th grade. Praise and Worship Team: Leads the congregation in worship service and during special events. A strength of COTR. Given the cultural diversity of the body, the COTR Worship team effectively ministers unto the Lord utilizing many styles of music. Rapha: A powerful ministry for women who have suffered trauma or endured major struggles of any kind. School of Worshipful Arts: Is a unique school established to develop the talents and gifts placed in the church body. Six week courses are offered on a semester basis in music (guitar, woodwind & violin), drama, sign language, praise dance and art (drawing and painting).
