Ministries & Missions

CORPORATE PRAYER
COTR strongly encourages every member to particpate in the backbone of this ministry, prayer. We meet Tuesday at 7PM, Wednesday at 6AM, Thursday at Noon and 7PM, Friday at 6AM, and Saturday at 7:30AM. Members are encouraged to attend at least one corporate prayer meeting per week.
DANCE MINISTRY
 

Not only has the dance ministry become a wonderful part of our times of corporate worship, but we have found occasion to add a little worship through movement to many things that we do as a church here at 95 Hamilton Street and beyond!. Out of the Morning Glory Dance Ministry, the Morning Glory Dance Academy has been established as a separate entity apart from COTR.

DIVORCE RECOVERY WORKSHOPS
These weekly meetings help people who are dealing with the aftermath of a divorce. Videos, discussion, and prayer help individuals to work through the complicated issues of divorce.

IN TOUCH MINISTRY
 
The telephone follow-up ministry of COTR. Calls to members, visitors, and newly saved individuals are made on a weekly basis.

ADULT 
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Meets at 8:30 A.M., prior to Sunday Morning Service for biblical exegesis and serious discussion.

CARE GROUPS
Geographically dispersed home fellowship groups. The CARE ministry is at the heart of COTR. This is where individuals are able to best relate to one another beneath the level of superficiality in order to facilitate growth together. In the environment of a trained leaders home, groups of 10 to 15 individuals meet for praise, prayer, sharing of the Word, and communion on a monthly basis. Call for a CARE group near you. CHILDREN'S
SUNDAY SCHOOL
While children and adults worship in song together on Sunday morning, children are dismissed to their own age appropriate classrooms just before the adult sermon is delivered. Dynamic teaching is provided by loving teachers.
