This is the entry point
for membership at COTR-New Haven. There are
basically three requirements for Passenger
Membership;
- attendance at a New Member’s
Orientation Session
- a meeting with the Senior
Pastor
- the signing of the Member
Covenant document.
The Orientation Session is a 3-hour session wherein we
will cover the essentials of church membership.

You will gain insight concerning the history, mission and
vision of Church on the Rock. Church government and basic
doctrine including Salvation and Baptism in the
Holy Spirit are also covered. Finally, we will discuss
both what you can expect from the church as
well as what the church should be able to expect from
you as a committed member. The culmination of the
discussion of these expectations is the signing of a
covenant document that brings us all into a committed
relationship with God and one another, making the term “membership”
a meaningful one. Membership without commitment is shallow
and meaningless.
