James and Gail Roundtree
(pictured together with his wife Gail) heads our Outreach
ministries, Men's ministry and other in-house
ministries at COTR.

You will see Pastor
James, Gail, and the Outreach ministry team on the
streets of New Haven all throughout the warmer
months with musicians, singers, free food, bibles and a
powerful message of the loving grace of God. Lives have
been changed, families have been restored, hope has been
renewed for many individuals as a result of Pastor James
and Gail and the outreach ministries of COTR. Pastor James
also serves one of the task forces of Fighting
Back - New Haven, a city sponsored anti-drug program.
Gail is an Administrative Assistant at the
church and a graphics whiz. She is licensed as an
Evangelist through COTR - New Haven.
