constitute the leadership of Church on the Rock. They are the Pastoral Staff, Care Group Leaders and Team Leaders of the church.	They set the example and will be held to high standards of excellence. They will be appointed at the prerogative of the Senior Pastors on the basis of perceived calling and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Some may come up through the “ranks” so to speak, while others will be God sent at a given moment to meet a specific need.
