    Our men’s ministry engages, equips, empowers, and encourages the men of Church on the Rock through group meetings, monthly intercessory prayer meetings, fellowship, and various conferences and outings. We encourage men of all ages to come and gather together as we grow together in Christ.

    “Present every woman complete in Christ,” for His glory and “for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, to the building up of the body of Christ.” (Colossians 1:29, Ephesians 4:12). We desire to lead women to embrace the great assurance and hope of their identity in Jesus Christ and to claim and enjoy satisfaction in Him, by offering Rapha Healing Ministry, My Daughter’s Keeper Ministry, Power Mom Ministry, and, Women’s Discipleship Ministry.

Pastor Asia Goubourn

Pastor Asia is the proud wife of Pastor Jason and is the founder of My Daughter’s Keeper Ministries, a non-denominational Christian ministry that desires to equip mothers and daughters from all walks of life with biblically sound tools needed to restore hope and bridge the spiritual gap between them. Pastor Asia has over 14 years of ministry leadership experience and has served for many years alongside her husband as the heads of the COTR Youth Ministry. Pastor Asia currently

serves as the Women's Ministry Pastor and oversees all In-Reach ministries. Pastor Asia is also an Educational Consultant and held Adjunct Professorships at Mercy College in New York City and Fairfield University in Connecticut. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. Together, Pastors Jason and Asia are the proud parents of four children Leah, Kaylah, Joshua and Jaylen.

Nearly 300 women came together this year for the COTR Women's Ministry Bloom Conference. It was a wonderful time filled with worship, learning, letting go, and leveling up! If you weren't able to attend this year, be sure to mark your calendar for next year—you won't want to miss it!
